THE LIFE AND TIMES OF HANK GREENBERG

Hank Greenberg was a young Jewish baseball player who challenged Babe Ruth's homerun record as Hitler invaded Europe. This film tells the story of how he became an American hero. Take Me Out to the Ballgame Reception following the film. Co-sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Washtenaw County and University of Michigan Hillel.

Let's Go to the Pottery Barn!

Do you want to have fun and get creative? Come paint your own ceramics - Jewish style! We will be choosing from objects such as mezuzahs, jewelry boxes, kiddush cups and more. Cost is $5 per person. Meet at EMU Hillel at 4:30pm and we will drive together to Rainbow Creations.

Shabbat of Love
Friday, February 4, 5pm, at EMU Hillel

Do a mitzvah - come make loving decorations for the children at Mott Children's Hospital. All art supplies will be provided. Afterwards, stick around to celebrate Shabbat with your friends and enjoy a kosher meal. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm following services. Cost for dinner is $5. Attend any part of the event, but if you plan on eating dinner, RSVP no later than Monday, January 31.

Walt Disney Studios assembled a team of the world's most gifted musicians, artists, animators, and storytellers from around the world to create FANTASIA 2000. This movie celebrates the millenium with a spectacular musical and visual masterpeice created especially for the giant IMAX theater screen. Meet at EMU Hillel at 3:30pm and we will carpool together. YOU MUST RSVP NO LATER THAN MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7! Cost$5.
